Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the quality assurance and quality control processes in the tissue converting production line.
- Conduct inspections, audits, and tests to ensure products meet quality and safety standards.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and resolve quality-related issues during production and provide corrective actions.
- Collaborate with production, maintenance, and R&D teams to enhance product quality and optimize processes.
- Maintain proper documentation of quality control procedures and inspection reports.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in QA/QC roles within the Tissue Converting Industry.
- In-depth knowledge of quality standards, testing methods, and regulatory compliance for tissue products.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with quality management systems and relevant QA/QC tools.
