Hotpack Global is looking for skilled and experienced professionals to join our team at the UAQ PBD Division for our new PE Extrusion Machine operations.
Position: PE Extrusion Machine Operator
Key Requirements:
✔️ 2–5 years of experience in PE extrusion coating
✔️ Strong knowledge of PE extrusion coating processes
✔️ Understanding of temperature profiles, GSM control, and adhesion parameters
✔️ Ability to troubleshoot common extrusion defects
✔️ Basic understanding of quality standards and production documentation
✔️ Good communication and teamwork skills
✔️ Willingness to work in rotational shifts
✔️ Experience in packaging, paper cup, flexible packaging, or folding carton industries preferred
✔️ ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Plastic Technology, or related field preferred
