It also highlights the company’s EcoVadis sustainability rating, underscoring Hotpack’s alignment with global best practices and sustainability benchmarks.
As part of its commitment to employee well-being and inclusive workplace policies, Hotpack Group has introduced a menstrual leave policy for its women employees. Under this new initiative, female staff members are eligible for one day of leave per month during their menstrual cycle, without the need for a medical certificate.
