Hotpack highlights power and success of UAE women employees to celebrate ‘Emirati Women’s Day’

Hotpack marked Emirati Women’s Day at its premises in Ummul Al Quwain by celebrating and recognising the contributions of its Emirati women employees. The gathering brought employees together for a day of appreciation, connection and team engagement, reflecting Hotpack’s commitment to fostering a workplace where diversity and cultural appreciation are valued.

The celebration was centred on recognising and appreciating the Emirati women who contribute to Hotpack’s success and play an important role within the organisation. Colleagues came together in a relaxed and enjoyable setting, taking part in fun games, refreshments and team engagement activities that encouraged interaction, connection and camaraderie.

“For Hotpack, occasions such as Emirati Women’s Day are an important part of building a workplace where people feel seen, respected and included. In a diverse organisation with employees from different nationalities and cultural backgrounds, understanding and celebrating regional occasions creates opportunities to connect beyond everyday work”, said Mr. Zainuddin PB, Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer at Hotpack.

“Because sometimes, creating a more inclusive workplace starts with something simple: taking the time to celebrate people for who they are and what they bring to the organization”, he added.

“Beyond marking the occasion, the gathering provided a meaningful opportunity to celebrate the achievements and contributions of the Emirati women who form an integral part of Hotpack’s diverse, multicultural workforce. Through this warm and engaging celebration, we reaffirmed our appreciation for their dedication, valued perspectives and continued role in strengthening the organisation,” said Ms. Nageeba Suleman, Senior Manager of People & Culture at Hotpack.

The UAE is home to people from across the world, yet its culture and heritage remain an important part of the identity of the country. As an organisation that has grown alongside the UAE for decades, Hotpack believes that being part of this community also means appreciating the occasions that celebrate the country, its people and its values.

Women’s occasions, in particular, offer an opportunity to pause and recognise the contribution women make every day, both within the workplace and beyond it. The Emirati Women’s Day celebration at the UAQ facility reflected this philosophy in a simple and meaningful way by providing employees an opportunity to step away from their regular routines, spend time together and celebrate the progress, achievements and contributions of Emirati women.

For Hotpack, cultural inclusion is built through everyday actions as much as through larger initiatives. Celebrating important national and regional occasions is one way the company acknowledges the diverse identities and cultures that make up its workforce, while strengthening a shared sense of belonging.

As a company with deep roots in the UAE, Hotpack places importance on celebrating occasions that are meaningful to the country, its people and its communities.
